Middleburg, VA, Nov 16 - The American Water Resources Association (AWRA) announces the results of their election for officers and directors for terms beginning January 1, 2010.

AWRA Award for Exemplary Contributions to Water Resources Data and Information Systems

The AWRA Award for Exemplary Contributions to Water Resources Data and Information Systems is awarded periodically as part of the AWRA Specialty Conference on GIS in Water Resources. Its purpose is to recognize individuals who have made sustained contributions to water resources data by providing leadership in the provision of particular kinds of data, or by improving synthesis of water data using geographic and other information systems.
