Registration Fees to Attend Both Summer Conferences

There will be two Summer Conferences again this year and both are located in the same hotel with a day of field trip and workshops between them. Are you interested in attending both conferences? For an extra $150 ($100 for students) you receive 4 days of oral sessions, 2 poster sessions, 2 Networking Receptions, all breaks and entrance to exhibit halls for both conferences. (Good only for full registrations and student registrations.) Consider taking advantage of this great deal!

Registration Fees to Attend One Summer Conference

One Day rates are also available - please see the registration form for these rates.

All conference participants, including presenters, moderators, panelists, etc. must register and pay the appropriate registration fees. The sharing of registrations and/or badges is not permitted - every person attending the conference must register. Participants and presenters are also responsible for paying their own travel expenses (AWRA has no money for travel support).

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Those received by 6/3/13 will be subject to a processing fee of 25% of total fees. No refunds will be given after 6/3/13 - No exceptions!! Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
