Registration fees ($495 (members) and
$645 (non-members) by 10/22/12, after
this date they will increase to $545.00 and $695.00
respectively). The registration fees are the major source
of funding for the Conference. (The non-member rate includes
a one-year AWRA membership starting January 2013. Contact
AWRA at 540-687-8390 if you do not wish to take advantage of the
membership offer. Full-time students may register at the
deeply discounted rate of $130 (members) or $160 (nonmembers)
thru 10/22/12 and after that will increase to
$180.00 and $210.00 respectively.
One day rates are also available; please see
the registration form for these rates. All conference participants,
including presenters, moderators, panelists, etc. must register
and pay the appropriate registration fees. The sharing of registrations
and/or badges is not permitted - every person attending the conference
must register. Participants are also responsible for paying their
own travel expenses (AWRA has no money for travel support).
Why attending the AWRA Conference
is valuable: Convince the boss it's a good idea to attend
the Annual Conference.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made
in writing. Those received by 10/22/2012 will
be subject to a processing fee of 25% of total fees. No refunds
will be given after 10/22/2012 - No exceptions!!
Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.

AWRA Membership: Not an AWRA member, or need to renew? Sign up online. Back issues of the Journal of the American Water Resources Association and Water Resources IMPACT will be sent where applicable. AWRA membership is not required to present at the conference.
