Come join your colleagues at the conference luncheon where we will hear Ferdinand Quiñones, PE give a talk on “Water Resources of Puerto Rico and Potential Effects of Global Climate Changes on these Resources and the Life Zones of the Island.” This special Conference Luncheon presentation will provide a local perspective of the impacts of global climate change on the water resources of Puerto Rico. This will be an interesting presentation that will bring together the main theme of the conference of Tropical Hydrology and Sustainable Water Resources in a Changing Climate.
Mr. Quiñones is currently an Independent Consulting Environmental Engineer who has gained over 42 years of experience in water resources and environmental issues, and water infrastructure and environmental regulations in Puerto Rico and the Federal sector. Join us for what is sure to be an enjoyable and informative experience.
