Welcome to San Mateo in the lovely San Francisco Bay area! The Conference Organizing Committee, AWRA staff, and the GIS Technical Committee, want to welcome you to California for GIS and Water Resources V. This past year has been busy with planning for this important event coming to the western United States. We have planned presentations for conference attendees covering a broad range of subjects on integrative geospatial hydrologic technologies. With over 200 abstracts received for this conference we have added additional tracks to include all the outstanding papers accepted. Come join us to network and experience what your colleagues are doing with GIS and Water Resources. Meet the leaders of geospatial and hydrologic technologies using and applying their skills in the sessions, Exhibit Hall, Reception, Luncheon, workshops, field trip, and networking events we have planned for you.
