Important Due Dates

Jul 13	Presenter Commitment Form due to Patricia Reid
Oct 1	Notify Pat Reid of any changes in presenters, authors, titles of presentations for the final program. If you can’t attend the conference and there is no alternate presenter, then you must contact Patricia Reid, AWRA, pat@awra.org by this date or you will be billed the appropriate registration fee.
Oct 16	Cut off Date for AWRA Conference rate at Red Lion Hotel on Fifth Avenue Seattle
Oct 19	Conference Registrations are due for all presenters (Early Bird Registration deadline) Abstracts will be not be included in the Proceedings if conference registration is not received by this date or prior arrangements have not be made with Pat Reid.

Conference Registration

All conference participants must register for the conference. You can register three ways: online at the AWRA website or by fax and mail using the mail-in form.

Presenter Information

Conference Proceedings (abstracts)

The conference proceedings of abstracts will be made available on the AWRA website. Abstracts will be formatted for the proceedings and sent to presenters for review/corrections. Any changes to an abstract MUST be submitted to Patricia Reid (pat@awra.org) no later than October 1, 2009.

Letter of Invitation

Individuals traveling from outside of the United States to attend AWRA’s Annual Water Resources Conference; Red Lion Hotel, Seattle, Washington, USA, November 9-12, 2009, may request a Letter of Invitation to the conference.
