The Early Bird registration fees are $445 (national members) and $545 (non-members) until Oct. 19, 2009, after this date they will increase to $495 and $595 respectively. They are the major source of funding for the Conference therefore everyone attending must pay the appropriate fee. Full-time students may register at the deeply discounted rate of $125 (national members) or $175 (non-members) through Oct. 19, 2009 and after that will increase to $175 and $225 respectively.

One day rates are also available; please see the registration form for these rates. All conference participants, including presenters, moderators, panelists, etc. must register and pay the appropriate registration fees. The sharing of registrations and/or badges is not permitted - every person attending the conference must register. Participants are also responsible for paying their own travel expenses (AWRA has no money for travel support).

On-line registration is closed. Please register on-site at the Red Lion Hotel. If you plan to register on-site print a registration form and hand carry it with payment to the conference site.
