Full-time students may register at the deeply discounted rate of $175 (members or $225 (non-members) through 3/4/13 and after that they will increase to $225 and $275 respectively.
One day rates are also available; please see the registration form for these rates. All conference participants, including presenters, moderators, panelist, etc. must register and pay the appropriate registration fees. The sharing of registrations and/or badges is not permitted - every person attending the conference must register. Participants are also responsible for paying their own travel expenses (AWRA has no money for travel support).
On-line registration is now closed. AWRA staff is busy making final preparations for the conference. At this point, we ask you to register in person at the conference. Please download the registration form and bring it with you. The AWRA registration desk will be open on Sunday March 24th from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm and on Monday March 25th 7:30 am - 5:00 pm. The registration desk will be located in the Grand Foyer AB, which is located on second floor of the hotel. See you in St. Louis!
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Those received by 3/4/13 will be subject to a processing fee of 25% of total fees. No refunds will be given after 3/4/13 - no exceptions!! Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
