Conference registration fees arethe same for both Summer Conferences.
Interested in attending both conferences (applies to full
registrations and students; 5 days of sessions, 1 lunch,
2 receptions, breaks, exhibit hall) Simply add $100
to the conference fee ($50 for students).
$475 (members) and $575 (non-members)
up until 6/4/12. After this date
they will increase to $525.00 and $625.00
respectively. These registration fees are the major source
of funding for the Conference. . Full-time students
may register at the deeply discounted rate of $175 (members)
or $225 (non-members) thru 6/4/12 and after that will increase
to $225.00 and $275.00 respectively.
One day rates are also available; please
see the registration form for these rates. All conference
participants, including presenters, moderators, panelists,
etc. must register and pay the appropriate registration
fees. The sharing of registrations and/or badges is not
permitted - every person attending the conference must register.
Participants and presenters are also responsible for paying
their own travel expenses (AWRA has no money for travel
support).
On-line registration has closed. Please register on-site
at the Sheraton Denver Downtown. If you plan to register
on-site print a registration form and hand carry it with
payment to the conference site.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Those received by 6/4/12 will be subject to a processing fee of 25% of total fees. No refunds will be given after 6/4/12 - No exceptions!! Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
