Student Registration Rate includes: All sessions on
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday; Exhibits; Refreshment Breaks;
Networking Reception & Conference Lunch. (A copy of your
student ID and a letter from your institution or professor
confirming FULL TIME status should be sent with your registration.
Post docs do not qualify.)
One Day Registration Rate includes: All sessions,
Exhibits, Refreshment Breaks, and Networking Reception or
Conference Lunch on the day registered.
2017 Summer Conference Registration
Early Bird (by 6/5/17)
copy of your student ID and a letter from your institution
or professor confirming FULL TIME status should be sent
to Michael Kowalski
at the time you register online. Post docs do not qualify.
All conference participants, including presenters,
moderators, panelists, etc. must register and pay the appropriate
registration fees. The sharing of registrations and/or badges
is not permitted - every person attending the conference must
register. Participants and presenters are also responsible
for paying their own travel expenses (AWRA has no money for
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must
be made in writing. We will be glad to transfer a registration
to someone else by 6/5/17. Cancellations received by 6/5/17
will be subject to a processing fee of 25% of total fees.
Refunds will be processed after the conference. No refunds
will be given after 6/5/17 - No exceptions!!
AWRA Membership: Not an AWRA member,
or need to renew? Sign up online. Back issues of the Journal
of the American Water Resources Association and Water Resources
IMPACT will be sent where applicable. AWRA membership is not
required to present at the conference.
