Water Management Inc. (WMI) has been the preeminent water efficiency company in the USA since 1980. WMI
designs and implements water efficiency programs for multi-unit residential properties, public housing
authorities, schools, federal and state facilities, military complexes, hotels, industrial, commercial, and
institutional properties.
WMI’s approach to water efficiency involves several beliefs:
First, water efficiency is not a short-term proposition. Any successful water efficiency program is designed for
the long term. Quick fixes reduce consumption in the short run, but water consumption will always tend to
rise in the absence of an ongoing, proactive effort.
Second, the design of a water efficiency program must be site-specific. What works on one property will not always work on another. Our water efficiency programs are individually designed with the particular needs of each property in mind.
Third, the right products must be selected to achieve the best results. Products and conditions differ in every
project. Manufactures are constantly changing and attempting to improve upon their designs with varying levels of success. We constantly test and research new products to insure that our customers will get the best
product mix for their facilities.
