Based in Anchorage in south central Alaska, the firm offers a wide range of natural resource related services, including wetland delineations, permitting, wetland mapping, and wetland functional assessments; as well as other environmental services. 3PPI has successfully completed a variety of projects including small-scale local land developments (less than 100 acres) to highly complex regional studies encompassing thousands of acres. The firm offers over 160 years of combined staff experience with wetland science and expertise.

3PPI currently has 31 professional and administrative personnel in locations throughout the country, including Alaska, Washington, Florida, Utah, and Rhode Island. Full-time staff work a combination of office and field work. Seasonal staff work four to eleven months of the year, with the majority of their work occurring during the field season in remote camps. 3PPI's staff specializes in wetlands delineations and permitting, as well as a variety of environmental consulting services. 3PPI can coordinate a multidisciplinary team of professionals to support almost any project's technical requirements. Together they possess the complementary strengths of managerial excellence, regulatory knowledge and experience, academic scholarship, and technical proficiency needed to meet or exceed client’s expectations.
Three Parameters Plus, Inc. was founded by Cheryl Moody as a sole proprietor in August of 1992 to provide wetlands delineation and permitting services to developers in Alaska. The company name was derived from the regulatory test for wetlands, which requires three specific requirements, called parameters, to be met. Since inception, 3PP has further specialized to support industry and government agencies achieve compliance with all facets of Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, and Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act.
