2020 Virtual Annual Water Resources Conference Presenter and Attendee Resources

We are excited to announce that AWRA will hold its 2020 Annual Water Resources Conference as planned this November 9-11, 2020, though with major changes due to extraordinary circumstances. We will be 'meeting' completely VIRTUALLY.

Mock Presentation Example

The Video Chat function is how we will do Live Q & A for the technical sessions and engagement breaks during the conference Please watch this video to learn the functionality of this tool, and download this handbook for pictures, instructions, and troubleshooting suggestions by topic. If you are having issues with the Video Chat function, please note the following:

  1. Please try using the Video Chat in a different browser if it is not working in your current browser. In addition, you can try eliminate your cookies.
  2. If you are using an employer-provided device or happen to be on a work VPN, you might be blocked from using Video Chat altogether due to the security and privacy programs on your computer. Please check with your employer.

Presentation Template

We kindly ask all conference presenters to use the official AWRA Conference Presentation Template. The template includes slides about the conference and our sponsors. You are not required to use or add audio to these particular slides while doing your presentation. We will certainly be grateful if you do.
