Presentation acceptance notices have been emailed to all presenters. As a reminder, please note the following:
Oral Presentations:
- Your presentation should be pre-recorded;
- The duration of recorded presentation is strictly limited to 15 minutes; and
- Please email (via a link) the pre-recorded presentation by March 21 to both email addresses: [email protected] and [email protected]. Name your recorded presentation as Session No- Last Name. Example presentation recording method can be provided upon request. Please see the previous email or the full program for your Session No.
Poster Presentation: Please use the virtual poster presentation template (provided in previous email) to construct your poster. Name your presentation as
Poster- Last Name and submit via email by
March 21 to both email addresses below:
[email protected] and
[email protected].

All presenters are expected to register online and pay the symposium registration fee via the web link above. Early registration is highly encouraged.
Presentation Template
We kindly ask all conference presenters to use the official AWRA Conference Presentation Template. The template includes slides about the conference and our sponsors. You are not required to use or add audio to these particular slides while doing your presentation. We will certainly be grateful if you do.
