Abstract Preparation and Submission Guidelines

Submitted abstracts should include:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Affiliation
• Email Address
• Abstract Title
• Abstract (150-200 words)
• Author and co-author(s) name(s)
• Author’s and co-author(s)’ titles and affiliations
• Type of Presentation (Oral, Poster)

Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified by January 16, 2021. NOTE: All conference attendees, including presenters, must pay the conference registration fee.

Registration is now open. Only full conference registration is allowed; there are no one day registration rates.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made in writing. We will be glad to transfer to someone else by 02/01/2021. Those cancellations received by February 1, 2021 will be subject to a processing fee of 25% of total fees. No refunds will be given after February 1, 2021 - No exceptions! Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
