Registration fees ($445 (members) and $595 (non-members) by 10/17/11, after this date they will increase to $495.00 and $645.00 respectively) are the major source of funding for the Conference. (The non-member rate includes a one-year AWRA membership starting January 2012.) Full-time students may register at the deeply discounted rate of $130 (members) or $160 (nonmembers) thru 10/17/11 and after that will increase to $180.00 and $210.00 respectively.
One day rates are also available; please see the registration form for these rates. All conference participants, including presenters, moderators, panelists, etc. must register and pay the appropriate registration fees. The sharing of registrations and/or badges is not permitted - every person attending the conference must register. Participants are also responsible for paying their own travel expenses (AWRA has no money for travel support).
Individuals traveling from outside of the United States to attend AWRA’s 2011 Annual Conference may request a Letter of Invitation. Download the following document for Information and instructions on requesting one.
